Aviral has a well-balanced and experienced team to run the organisation. The Company has been established by our Chief Mentor Shri Prakash Chandra Golechha in the year 1985 and was granted NBFC Registration in the year 2004.

Mr. Prakash Chandra Golechha is a Chartered Accountant and a Post Graduate in Commerce. Having qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 1981, he in in continuous practise since then and is the senior most partner of M/s APAS & Co, Chartered Accountants, which is one of the oldest firm in Chhattisgarh.

 
 

Vivek Golechha

Director

Mr. Vivek Golechha, is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has a experience of around 10 years in manufacturing industry.

 
 

Ankush Golechha

Director

Mr. Ankush Golechha, is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai. Having qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 2002, he in in continuous practise since then and is the partner of M/s APAS & Co, Chartered Accountants, which is one of the oldest firm in Chhattisgarh.

Vishal Shah

Co-Founder and COO

Vishal was involved since the the conceptualization of entry into MFI by Aviral. He is a Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant and has an experience of around 20 years at various levels. His last assignment was with L & T Financial Services (MFI)

 

Manish Kumar

VP-Sales

Manish has 15 years exposure in MFI sector in different states(Jharkhand,Bihar,Chhattisgarh,Odissa,Madhaya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. He has done PGDBM from ISM,Ranchi. Prior to joining Aviral, he has worked with Ujjivan,Janalakshmi,Fullerton,Belstar,Chaitanya and Digamber. His last assigmnet was with Digamber Capfin Limited as a Zonal Head.

Pradeep Mohanty

Business Head

Pradeep has experience of more than 16 Yrs of in BFSI field. Previous employment was in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd as program Manager for 5 years. He is with Aviral since last more than 3 years

Trailok Das

AGM- HR

He has more than 20 years of experience in HR domain. Prior to joining AFPL he has worked with Belstar, G4S secure solution and other organisations.
